创新驱动发展形势下高校科研的问题与思考

摘　　要：国家提出实施创新驱动发展战略,加快推进创新型国家建设,将科技创新提升到战略层面,作为提升社会生产力和综合国力的重要支撑。高校是科技创新体系中重要的组成部分,应该扬长避短做好自身定位,适应新形势开展科学研究,积极服务于经济社会发展。The state has put forward the strategy of innovation driven development, accelerated the construction of an innovative country and promoted technological innovation to a strategic level, as an important support to enhance social productive forces and overall national strength. Colleges and universities is an important part of the innovation system of science and technology, should make full use of their strengths and circumvent weaknesses, carry out scientific research and serve the economic and social development actively under the new situation.
