加强流通环节监管 确保湖南生鲜农产品安全

摘　　要：湖南是全国重要的生鲜农产品生产基地。针对湖南生鲜农产品的质量安全问题,通过分析指出流通环节问题是影响湖南生鲜农产品安全的重要原因,必须重视流通监管,并从信息化建设、龙头企业培育、冷链物流基础设施建设、管理规范、监管队伍打造等方面提出了几点加强湖南生鲜农产品流通监管的建议,以期提高湖南生鲜农产品的流通质量安全。Hunan is an important fresh agricultural production base in China. According to the quality and safety of Hunan freshagricultural products, it is pointed out that circulation is an important reason for the safety of fresh agricultural products in Hu-nan, must pay attention to supervision of circulation, and from the information construction, cultivating leading enterprises, coldchain logistics infrastructure construction, standardized management, supervision team building and so, put forward some sugges-tions to strengthen circulation supervision of fresh agricultural products in Hunan, in order to improve the quality and safety offresh agricultural products circulation in Hunan.
