摘　　要：新媒体时代给高校大学生党建工作带来了新的挑战。新媒体时代高校大学生党建工作存在的主要问题:一是校园网络建设对党建工作缺乏足够的重视;二是高校及大学生对党建工作网络建设缺乏足够的重视;三是高校党建工作对网络舆情缺乏足够的重视。因此,要开展新媒体时代下高校大学生党建工作创新研究,构建大学生党建工作线上线下同步管理机制,使校园网真正成为高校开展大学生党建工作的重要手段和载体。The new media era has brought new challenges to the Party construction among college students.The main problems existing in the Party construction of college students in the new media era are： first, lack of sufficient attention to the Party construction in campus network construction; second, lack of sufficient attention to network construction for colleges as well as college students; third, lack of sufficient attention to network public opinions in college Party construction. Therefore it is needed to carry out innovative research on college students＇ Party construction under the new media era and establish a synchronous online and offline management mechanism for college students＇ Party construction work, so that the campus network can truly become important means and carrier for colleges to carry out college students＇ Party construction.
