探讨个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者后续治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的乳腺癌患者后续治疗中应用个案管理模式的护理效果讨论研究。方法参与本实验的乳腺癌患者共50例,所有患者均接受手术治疗。按照随机数字表法将其分成研究组和对照组(均n=25)。对照组患者接受传统护理管理,研究组患者接受个案管理模式。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者后续治疗依从性、护理满意度和复查随访率均更高(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者后续治疗中应用个案管理模式能够有效提高患者治疗依从性及满意度度,患者积极复查、复诊,对于控制病情、提高预后质量等均具有重要意义。Objective To explore the nursing effect of case management mode in follow-up treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods 50 patients with breast cancer were selected in this study, and all patients were treated surgically.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing management,and the study group was treated by the case management model. Results Compared with the control group,the follow-up treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and follow-up rate were higher in the study group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of case management for patients with breast cancer follow-up treatment can effectively improve patient compliance and satisfaction degree,make patients actively review and return visit,which is of great significance for controlling the disease and improving the quality of prognosis.
