组蛋白去乙酰化酶5在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨组蛋白去乙酰化酶5在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床分析。方法收集2012年1月~2015年12月确诊为脑胶质瘤并进行手术治疗留有蜡块标本的患者100例,按照WHO分型Ⅰ~Ⅳ级分为两组,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级属于低级别组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ属于高级别组,每组各50例。采用免疫组织化学法检测HDAC5在脑胶质瘤中的表达和分布。结果低级别组2例死亡,生存率96.0%,高级别组死亡18例,生存率64.0%,明显低于低级别组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.324,P<0.05)。高级别组HDAC5表达阳性率显著高于低级别组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDAC5蛋白在脑胶质瘤细胞中的表达与胶质瘤的病理级别、肿瘤分化及患者生存周期可能具有相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical analysis of histone deacetylase 5 in gliomas. Methods From January 2012 to December 2015,100 patients with glioma were divided into two groups according to WHO classification Ⅰ-Ⅳ.Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ was belonged to low grade group,and Ⅲ-Ⅳ was belonged to high grade group,50 cases in each group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and distribution of HDAC5 in gliomas. Results In the lower grade group,there were 2 deaths and the survival rate was 96.0%.In the high grade group,there were 8 deaths and the survival rate was 64%.The difference was statistically significant（χ2=16.324,P 〈0.05）.The positive rate of HDAC5 expression in high grade group was significantly higher than that in low grade group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of HDAC5 protein in glioma cells may be related to the pathological grade of glioma,tumor differentiation and patient＇s life cycle.
