浅析高职A型创新人才特征和培养

摘　　要：本文分析了高职A型创新人才的特征和培养方法,指出A型创新人才的创新能力是一种复杂的心理过程,是创新精神、知识结构、实践能力等在高水平上实现的综合。要培养A型创新人才,就应研究影响创新能力的心理构成要素。希望能为高职学校如何根据培养的目标和学生群体实际情况,针对A型创新人才的特征,寻找一条人才培养的特色之路提供一点借鉴。The article analyzes the characteristics and training of the u Av innovative talents and points out their innovative capability is a complicated psychological process, is the comprehensiveness of innovative spirit, knowledge structure and practical ability. To train uAv innovative talents, some factors which affect the innovative capability should be researched. The article gives some suggestions on how to train innovative talents, which can provide reference for vocational colleges.
