摘  要:掘进机刀具用刀箱为Q345B与42CrMoA异种钢的焊接,通过对两种钢焊接性能的对比分析,制订了合理的焊接工艺。采用手工焊接打底,气体保护焊填充及盖面的组合焊接方式,通过焊前预热、多层多道的焊接及消氢后热处理方法,有效地避免了异种材质焊缝区域的冷、热裂纹等问题,大大提高了产品的性能。The tool box for the TBM was welded using dissimilar steels, Q345B and 43CrMOA. After comparing and analyzing the welding properties of these two steels, a reasonable welding process was developed. A composite welding procedure which includes the manual welding as the backing welding and the gas shielded welding as filler welding and cosmetic welding was employed. Welding preheating, multi-layer and multi-pass welding as well as dehydrogenation treatment effectively eliminated cold and hot cracks in welding area between dissimilar steels, greatly improving the performance ofthe products.
