摘　　要：对房屋公用建筑面积分摊有关的基本概念进行简单介绍,着重分析房屋公用建筑面积的分类方法、分摊基本原则和计算基本模型,深入探讨各类房屋公用建筑面积的分摊计算方法,在此基础上引入多级分摊的计算模型,并附以示例做一详解。通过相对直观易懂的公式和示例使房屋产权人对公用建筑面积的分摊方法及分摊计算有个深刻的了解和认识,使房地产测绘从业者对公用建筑面积的分摊计算原理和计算方法深入领会和掌握,并正确应用到实际工作中。Introduce the basic concepts related to Share Area Apportionment in House Property,This article focuses on the classification method,the basic principle and the basic calculation model of the Share Area Apportionment.On this basis,Multilevel allocation calculation model was introduced,with a example explanation.This article make the property owners to have a profound understanding of the method and calculation of sharing by the relatively intuitive and easy to understand the formula and examples this article also make Real estate surveying and mapping practitioners to understand and grasp the principle of counting and sharing the common area and correctly applied to the actual work.
