摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对上海市普通高校大学生体育素养培养的组织形式、培养渠道、师资力量、体育场地设施和体育文化环境等进行研究,采用因果分析法和帕累托分析方法总结发现学生体育素养整体偏低、培养组织形式单一、培养渠道狭窄、家庭和学校培养环境有待提高,媒体环境有待加强、师资力量不足,体育器材、场地缺乏等问题,基于"互联网+""开放、共享"的基本理念,构建了上海市大学生体育素养培养的模式,主要包括培养模式的内涵、构成要素、运行机制,通过模式构建致力于大学生体育素养的提升。Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and so on, organization of college students in Shanghai City Sports literacy training channels, teachers, sports facilities and sports cultural environment and so on, using the causal analysis and Pareto analysis method of students＇ physical quality overall is low, single form, tissue culture culture channel, family and school culture environment needs to be improved, the media environment needs to be strengthened, the shortage of teachers, sports equipment, lack of venues and other issues, based on the “Internet plus” “open, sharing” concept, build Shanghai City College Sports literacy training mode, training mode mainly includes the connotation, elements, the operating mechanism, through the model construction is committed to enhance the quality of College Students.
