摘  要:谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GST-π)是谷胱甘肽S转移酶的一种,其在正常组织中不表达,而在多种肿瘤组织中表达升高,使个体对致癌物易感,并通过多种机制使肿瘤细胞对药物产生耐药,是影响恶性肿瘤发生、发展的因素之一,其已成为目前肿瘤研究领域的热点。胃癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、肺癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,严重影响患者的生命健康。研究发现GST-π的表达水平在这些肿瘤组织中升高,并使肿瘤细胞产生耐药,因此了解GST-π其中的作用机制为肿瘤的治疗和预防提供依据。Glutathione S transferase π( GST-π) is a kind of glutathione S transferase,which cannot express in normal tissues and is increased in various tumor tissues. It makes the individual susceptible to carcinogens and makes the tumor cells resistant to drugs through a variety of mechanisms. GST-π is one of the factor affecting the occurrence and development of malignant tumors and it has become a hotspot in the field of cancer research. Gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer and lung cancer are common malignant tumors in China,which seriously affect the life and health of the patients.Studies found that the expression level of GST-π increased in these tumor tissues and made the tumor cells drug-resistant.Therefore,understanding the mechanism of GST-π will provide evidences for the treatment and prevention of tumors.
