摘  要:针对叶梢间隙、叶梢尖角对导管螺旋桨Ka4-55+NO.19水动力性的影响问题,采用CFD方法进行模拟分析,对比不同湍流模型数值计算结果并分析螺旋桨表面的压力、速度分布情况;针对不同的叶梢间隙和尖角切割半径分别进行数值模拟计算。结果表明,湍流模型SST k-ω的数值计算精度较高;导管螺旋桨设计时,为满足工艺、结构要求可适当增大叶梢间隙;为减小桨叶受损概率和降低空泡,对叶梢尖角进行倒圆处理,其敞水性能的损失通过增大螺距比来弥补。The influences of blade tip spacing and blade tip corners upon the hydrodynamic characteristics of the ducted propeller Ka4-55 + NO. 19 were studied and simulated by CFD method. The numerical results of different turbulence models were compared and the pressure and velocity distribution of the propeller surface for different blade tip spacing and corners cutting radius were analyzed. The numerical results showed that turbulence model SST k-ω has higher accuracy; in order to meet the process and the structural requirements,the blade tip spacing can be increased properly as designing ducted propeller. The loss of open water performance due to blending radius that is for the purpose of reducing the damage probability and the cavitation of the blade can be compensated by increasing the pitch ratio.
