摘 要:为寻找一种在舰船环境下简单快捷、准确地确定柴油机燃烧规律的方法,通过测取进气歧管的压力和温度来确定进气充量和压力零线,使用并对比两种数值计算方法的准确性,针对实船条件下无法使用编码器触发采集的问题,使用齿轮脉冲信号对曲轴转角进行标定。实验结果表明,通过进气压力和温度指标可以代替进气流量计来近似估计循环充量;在确定柴油机燃烧规律时积分法更为准确;在不便使用编码器进行缸内压力触发采集时,可使用齿轮脉冲信号代替。In order to find a way to determine the combustion law of a diesel engine simply and accurately in a ship environment,the intake air pressure and the pressure zero line were determined by measuring the pressure and temperature of the intake manifold,and the two numerical values were calculated and compared. For the problem of the encoder cannot be used to trigger the acquisition in real ship conditions,the gear pulse signal was used to calibrate the crank angle. The experimental results showed that the recirculation charge can be estimated by the intake air pressure and the temperature index instead of the intake air flow meter. The integral method is more accurate when determining the combustion law of the diesel engine. When the encoder is hardly used to trigger the cylinder pressure,the gear pulse signal can be used instead.
