摘　　要：以日本校园足球为研究对象,采取文献资料、逻辑演绎等方法,分析了日本校园足球的发展模式及其经验。研究结构:建立了严谨的管理体系,科学的运行体系以及完善的保障体系,为日本足球的快速崛起提供了源源不断的人才支撑。日本校园足球的发展模式及其经验的启示:立足我国基本国情,探索建立完善具有中国特色的校园足球管理体系、运行体系和保障体系,加快推动我国校园足球的持续发展。This paper takes Japanese campus football as the research object,Using literature, logical deduction and other methods,itanalyzes the development model and experience of Japanese campus football.Mainly ：the establishment of a strict managementsystem, scientific operation system and perfect security system,for the rapid rise of Japanese football provides a steady stream of talentsupport.The development model and experience of campus football in japan：promoting the sustainable development of campus footballin China.We must base ourselves on the basic national conditions of our country,explore and perfect the campus football managementsystem, operation system and guarantee system with Chinese characteristics.
