不可吸收聚丙烯缝线皮内缝合联合贝复新的用法及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的讨论不可吸收聚丙烯缝线皮内缝合术联合贝复新用于二次剖宫产腹部切口的疗效观察.方法：纳入2016年6月至2017年4月我院80例进行二次剖宫产的患者作为研究对象,随机抽取分为两组,各40例.对照组为可吸收线皮下美容缝合,观察组为不可吸收扣线皮内美容缝合联合贝复新治疗.观察两组患者创面愈合时间和创面愈合质量.结果：观察组创面愈合时间创面愈合质量明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：不可吸收扣线皮内美容缝合联合贝复新用于二次剖宫产腹部切口,有促进剖宫产腹壁切口愈合、降低疤痕形成的作用.Objective To explore the effect of nonabsorbable polypropylene suture continuous intradermal suture combined with Beifuxin for abdominal incision of repeated cesarean section. Method： 80 cases from June 2016 to April 2017 repeated second cesarean,which were as the research objectors,they were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received absorption line suture,the observation group received nonabsorbable polypropylene suture continuous intradermal suture combined with Beifuxin. The wound healing time and quality of the two groups were observed. Results： The wound healing time and quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The repeated cesarean section, nonabsorbable polypropylene suture continuous intradermal suture and Beifuxin can promote the healing of abdominal incision and reduce scar formation in cesarean section.
