摘　　要：从一个项目管理者的角度,结合国企研究所的实际情况,从组织构架、信息、项目管理等三个方面着手,阐述了配合、联动和融合的重要性、具体表现和举措。重点从项目管理方面,阐述了弱矩阵组织结构下项目管理过程的配合、联动中存在的问题,从增强部门、干系人间的配合、联动的角度,提出几点建议,并对该组织架构下两种典型的关系进行了阐述。Combined with the actual situation of state-owned research institutes, from a project manager＇s point of view, this article elaborates the importance, concrete performance and measures of cooperation, linkage and integration in the aspects of organizational structure, information and project management. In this paper, the problems in the coordination and linkage under weak matrix organizational structure are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of strengthening the cooperation and linkage between the department and the responsible person, and the two typical relationships in the structure of the organization are described.
