摘　　要：用户画像是大数据时代的产物,有着广泛的应用领域。开展用户画像是图书馆从自我视角到用户视角的战略转变。图书馆通过统一的数据平台收集用户数据,构建用户画像,有利于为核心用户精准推荐资源、针对不同用户群开展精准宣传和为图书馆的发展规划提供决策参考。User persona is the production of the big data age. It has been applied to many areas. This is the strategic shift of the library from the self-perspective to the user-perspective for carrying on user persona. The library collects user data through a unified data platform and then describes user persona. This work is useful for recommending the resources for the core users,carrying out accurate publicity for different users and providing reference for library development plan.
