摘 要:水肥一体化不同肥料结构对贺兰山东麓沿山产区酿酒葡萄生长、产量和品质影响研究结果表明:基施控释肥追施水溶肥是酿酒葡萄的最佳施肥方案,即基施控释肥43%(22-10-11)-S 613.5 kg/hm^2,分4次追施水溶肥55%(28-13-14)-S1 125 kg/hm^2,酿酒葡萄的叶绿素、叶面积、产量、收益和品质都最好,可溶性固形物、花色苷和单宁较CK分别提高0.16%、6.7%和3.4%,酿酒葡萄产量为6 352.5 kg/hm^2,较CK增产34.2%。Effect of different fertilizer structures based on integration of water and fertilizer on growth, yield and quality of wine grapes at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain was studied. The result showed that the optimum fertilizer structure should be as follows: single basal application of 43% controlled-release fertilizer(22-10-11)-S 613.5 kg/hm^2, and topdressing55% water-soluble fertilizer(28-13-14)-S 1125 kg/hm^2 four times. Content of chlorophyll, leaf area, yield, avails and quality of wine grapes reached the best. Content of soluble solid, content of anthocyanin, and content of tannins increased by0.16%, 6.7%, and 3.4% respectively than the CK. Yield of wine grape reached 6 352.5 kg/hm^2, increased by 34.2% than the CK.
