摘　　要：聚焦风景园林人才培养的操作实施环节,从学生自我学习与风景园林师自我修养的角度,探讨了风景园林专业人才的素质、知识、能力培养途径。提出阐释了风景园林师专业成长的九大实践,即"九行",及其展开的27项要求与实践,进一步提出了风景园林师成长的三大评价标准,即专业智商、情商、能商的"三商"概念,及其具体展开的9项指标。Focused on the operation and implementation links of landscape architecture talents training, from the perspective of selflearning and self-cultivation of landscape architects, the growth path of quality, knowledge and ability of landscape architecture specialty is discussed. This paper expounds on the nine ways of the professional growth of landscape architects, namely the ＂nine practices＂, and the 27 branches of the focus. It further puts forward three evaluation criteria for the growth of landscape architects, namely, the concept of ＂three quotients＂ of professional IQ, EQ and AQ（ability quotient）, and 9 indicators for its specific development.
