摘　　要：压裂液配制用高剪切搅拌装置实现了压裂液的黏度在短时间内快速释放,解决了现有压裂液配制用搅拌装置能耗高、效率低、配液质量差的问题。该装置广泛运用于各配液站工程中,提高了配液质量,促进了压裂液配制的节能环保。A high shear stirring device for fracturing fluid preparation realizes that the viscosity of fracturing fluid is released quickly in a short time and can solves the problem of high energy consumption, low efficiency and poor liquid distribution in the existing fracturing fluid mixing plant. The device is widely used in the engineering of each liquid distribution station, which improves the quality of fluid distribution and promotes the energy saving and environmental protection during the preparation of the fracturing fluid.
