抑制转录共激活因子TAZ和叉状头／翅膀状螺旋转录因子3的表达与结直肠癌生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的检测抑制转录共激活因子TAZ和叉状头/翅膀状螺旋转录因子3（FoxP3）在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平，探讨两者表达水平与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测101例结直肠癌组织和结直肠癌癌旁组织中TAZ和FoxP3表达水平，结合临床资料进行相关分析。结果TAZ在结直肠癌组织的阳性表达率为75.25%（76/101），明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率[31.68%（32/101）]，两者差异有统计学意义（t＝38.520，P＝0.000），TAZ表达水平与结直肠癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移明显相关（分别为t＝5.840，P＝0.020；t＝4.120，P＝0.040；t＝4.860，P＝0.030；t＝4.590，P＝0.030）；FoxP3在结直肠癌组织的阳性表达率为80.20%（81/101），明显高于结直肠癌癌旁组织阳性表达率[34.6%（35/101）]，两者差异有统计学意义（t＝42.850，P＝0.000），FoxP3表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移明显相关（分别为t＝4.240，P＝0.040；t＝5.870，P＝0.020；t＝4.650，P＝0.030）。结论同时检测结直肠癌组织中TAZ和FoxP3表达水平，有助于判断结直肠癌浸润转移潜能及评估结直肠癌患者预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-binding motif （TAZ） and forkhead box P3 （FoxP3） with the clinicopathological parameters of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of TAZ and FoxP3 in 101 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and adjacent colorectal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression rate of TAZ was 75.25% （76/101） in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and 31.68% （32/101） in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues （t=38.520, P=0.000）. The expression of TAZ was correlated to histology grade, TNM stage, serosa invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma （t=5.840, P=0.020; t=4.120, P=0.040; t=4.860, P=0.030; t=4.590, P=0.030, respectively）. The expression rate of FoxP3 was 80.20% （81/101） in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and 34.6% （35/101） in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues （t=42.850, P=0.000）. The expression of FoxP3 was cirrelated to histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma （t=4.240, P=0.040; t=5.870, P=0.020; t=4.650, P=0.030, respectively）.Conclusion Detecting the expression of TAZ and FoxP3 simultaneously in colorectal carcinoma has certain reference value for judging invasion and metastasis potentials and evaluating prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
