核因子-κB、环氧合酶-2在结肠腺瘤性息肉及结肠癌组织的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察核因子-κB（NF-κB）、环氧合酶-2（COX-2）在结肠腺瘤性息肉及结肠癌组织中的表达。方法收治结肠癌腺瘤性息肉患者35例、结肠癌患者20例及健康体检者26例作为研究对象。入院后完善相关检查，采用免疫组织化学法检测NF-κB、COX-2水平，分析NF-κB、COX-2在结肠腺瘤性息肉及结肠癌组织中的表达。结果结肠癌患者中NF-κB、COX-2组织细胞阳性率分别为80.00%及85.00%，高于结肠癌腺瘤性息肉（60.00%、57.10%）（P＝0.014）与健康体检者（23.08%、19.23%）（P＝0.023）；结肠癌腺瘤性息肉患者NF-κB、COX-2组织细胞阳性率，高于健康体检者（P＝0.022，P＝0.025）；结肠癌组织NF-κB、COX-2表达与年龄差异无统计学意义（P＝0.451）；结肠癌组织NF-κB、COX-2表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期呈正相关（P＝0.036）。结论NF-κB、COX-2在结肠腺瘤性息肉及结肠癌组织中呈高表达，且与结肠癌组织的肿瘤分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB） and cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in colonic adenomatous polyps and colon cancer tissues.Methods Thirty -five patients with colon cancer adenomatous polyps, 20 patients with colorectal cancer and 26 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study from January 2014 to June 2016. The levels of NF-κB and COX-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in colonic adenomatous polyps and colon cancer tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of NF-κB and COX-2 in colorectal cancer patients was respectively 80.00% and 85.00%, higher than that in colorectal adenoma （60.00% and 57.10%） （P=0.014） and healthy subjects （23.08% and 19.23%） （P=0.023）. There was no significant difference in the expression of NF-κB and COX-2 between ages in colorectal cancer tissues （P=0.451）. The expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in colorectal carcinoma was positively correlated with tumor size, depth of invasion, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage （P=0.036）.Conclusion NF-κB and COX-2 are highly expressed in colonic adenomatous polyps and colon cancer tissues, and are related to tumor stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis in colon cancer tissues.
