摘 要:本文对当前的脑出血动物模型研究进行综合评价,讨论当前脑出血动物模型的优缺点。探讨目前常用脑出血动物实验模型提供的病理机制研究的局限性,如何更好地改进实验方法,促进临床转化医学的研究。为脑出血后临床的脑保护治疗研究提供更加精确的动物模型,从而合理选择自发性脑出血动物模型及提高动物实验结果与临床研究的相关性。对脑出血动物实验和临床转化研究进行总结和展望。This review made a summary on animal models currently used and relative research data of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) translational medicine research. In this paper, comprehensive evaluation for the current research on ICH animal model, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the current animal models of ICH in the research work. To explore the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage animal model to provide the research limitations, how to improve the experimental methods, and promote the transformation of clinical medical research. Aims to provide a more precise ICH animal models for brain protection treatment research, and reasonably select ICH animal model and improve the correlation of animal experiments and clinical research. Summarized and prospected the development of ICH animal experimentation on the current and the future.
