磁共振全身弥散加权成像结合磁共振常规扫描在恶性肿瘤个体化介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价磁共振全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)结合磁共振常规扫描在制定个体化恶性肿瘤介入治疗方案中的价值。方法:21例拟行肿瘤灌注化疗的病人在术前接受并行WB-DWI结合磁共振常规扫描,通过评价肿瘤原发灶及转移灶的显示质量,判断WB-DWI结合磁共振常规扫描用于制定个体化恶性肿瘤介入治疗方案中的价值。结果:行WB-DWI结合磁共振常规扫描并行肿瘤介入灌注化疗术病灶39个,对于WB-DWI及肿瘤部位磁共振常规扫描用于个性化制定DSA肿瘤介入灌注化疗术的价值进行评分后所得平均等级为2.97。结论:DSA灌注化疗术与WB-DWI及肿瘤部位磁共振常规扫描的相互结合,有利于对恶性肿瘤病人综合情况行客观准确的评估以及个体化治疗方案的制定及选择。Objective： To explore the values of whole body diffusion-weighted MRI （WB-DWI） in combination with conventional MR.I in the program of individualized interventional therapy of malignant tumor. Methods： 21 cases of patients undergoing tumor chemotherapy underwent WB-DWI examinations and conventional MRI. Evaluation of the display quality of the primary tumors and metastatic tumors, analysis and comparison the role of WB-DWI in combined. To explore the values of WB-DWI in combination with conventional MRI in the program of individualized interventional therapy of malignant tumor. Results： 39 cases of primary tumors and metastatic lesions who underwent WB-DWI examinations and conventional MRI were involved in the treatment of tumor perfusion. The average score of the values of WB-DWI in combination with conventional MRI in the program of individualized interventional therapy of malignant tumor is 2.97. Conclusion： WB-DWI in combination with conventional MRI is a reasonable and effective tool to evaluate the comprehensive situation of malignant tumor patients and the individualized interventional therapy of malignant tumor.
