摘  要:[目的/意义]知识素养标志着个体的认知水平,新市民是城市的新生力量,因此建立起新市民知识素养提升模型对提高新市民认知能力、促进新市民融入城市生活具有现实意义。[方法/过程]基于信息链理论和布鲁克斯知识转化方程,结合文献调研,提出"知识素养提升模型"并完善知识素养的概念;以新市民为研究对象,制定新市民知识素养提升"5W"模型。[结果/结论]从驱动因素、参与主体、介入阶段、培养内容、实施方式5个视角综合提出新市民知识素养提升方案,为后续研究提供理论模型。[局限]研究仅提出了新市民知识素养提升的理论模型,并未检验模型的实际效果;后期研究将结合社会调研开展实证,对理论模型进行修正和应用。[ Purpose/significance]Knowledge literacy marks the cognitive level of the individual. Since the new citizen is a new force of the city, establishing a knowledge literacy enhancement model of new citizens has practical significance, which can improve new citizens' cognitive ability and promote new citizens integrating into city life. [ Method/process ] Based on the informa- tion chain theory and Brooks equation of knowledge transformation, combined with literature research, this paper puts forward the "knowledge literacy enhancement model" and improves the connotation of knowledge literacy. Then taking new citizens as an exam- pie, the paper develops new public knowledge literacy enhancement "SW" model. [ Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward a new citizen knowledge literacy promotion program from five perspectives: the driving factors, the participants, the intervention stage, the training content and the implementation mode, which can provide a theoretical model for the follow-up studies. [ Limita- tions ] The paper only puts forward the theoretical model of improving the knowledge literacy of new citizens, and does not test the practical effects of the model. Follow-up research should combine social research to carry out empirical study, and revise and apply the theoretical model in practice.
