正常卵巢与卵巢癌的钙结合蛋白S100Al表达差异研究

摘　　要：目的对钙结合蛋白S100A1在正常卵巢和卵巢癌患者中的表达差异进行调查研究。方法选择本院2009年9月至2011年9月间收治的60例卵巢癌患者，同时选择同期60例进行卵巢切除的非癌症患者，对两组人员进行为期5年的随访，调查S100A1在两组患者中的表达情况，并将结果进行比较。结果观察组患者S100A1阳性表达率为86．7％，对照组患者S100A1阳性表达率为5．O％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对照组患者累计光密度值为（1．26±0．07）分，明显低于卵巢浆液性囊腺癌和卵巢非浆液性癌患者，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；卵巢非浆液性癌患者不同病理特征累计光密度值并无明显变化，卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者随着病理分期越来越高，累计光密度值也会明显增高，淋巴转移的患者累计光密度值也明显增高，且与卵巢非浆液性癌细胞比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论S100A1在正常卵巢和卵巢癌患者中存在明显差异，S100A1与卵巢癌的发生有着密切的关系，可作为疾病诊断的依据。Objective To investigate and study the expressions of calcium-binding protein S100A1 in normal ovary and ovarian cancer. Methods 60 patients with ovarian cancer （observation group） and 60 non- cancer patients （control group） taking ovariectomy treated at our hospital from September, 2009 to September, 2011 were selected. Both groups were followed up 5 years. The expression of S100A1 was investigated in the two groups. The results were compared between these two groups. Results The S100A1 positive expression rate was 86.7% in the observation group and 5.0% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The accumulated optical density value was （1.26±0.07） in the control group, which was significantly lower than those in the patients with ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and non-serous ovarian cancer, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. There were no statistical differences in accumulated optical density value between the patients with non- serous ovarian carcinomas of different pathological features. The accumulated optical density value increased with the pathological stage in the patients with ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. The accumulated optical density value was higher in the patients with lymph node metastasis, with statistical difference from that of the patient with non- serous ovarian cancer （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in the expression of S100A1 between normal ovary and ovarian cancer. S100A1 correlates with ovarian cancer and can be used as an indicator for disease diagnosis.
