商务英语专业学生跨文化交际能力与就业能力的协同培养研究

摘　　要：我国商务英语专业学生跨文化交际方面存在中外文化差异显著、缺乏跨文化交流的氛围和语境,以及学生跨文化交际的技巧不足等问题,在就业方面存在毕业生供大于求、专业面狭窄和跨文化交际能力差的缺陷。高校商务英语专业教学要重视外国文化知识的传授,不断创新商务英语专业教学方式,为学生提供实践锻炼的机会和平台,以及提供科学的就业规划指导。In the intercultural communicative competence of business English majors in China there exist such problems as significant difference between Chinese and foreign cultures, lack of cross-cultural communication atmosphere and context and insufficient skills of students＇ intercultural communication, and in the employability there exist such defects as the supply of graduates over demand, their professional narrowness and weak intercultural communication ability. Therefore, in business English teaching, universities should attach importance to the imparting of foreign cultural knowledge, constantly innovate the business English teaching method, provide the students with opportunities and platforms for practical training and offer a scientific employment guidance planning.
