摘　　要：对1例口服苯妥英钠后出现复视伴视力下降患者的临床资料、诊断及治疗结合相关文献进行回顾性分析,并探讨国家级名老中医吕海江教授中医药治疗本病的辨治要点,以提高中医临床医生对该病的认识。A retrospective analysis was carried out on the clinical data, diagnosis and treatment combined with rele- vant literature of one case of diplopia complicated with vision loss after oral administration of phenytoin, and the key points of differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease by Professor LV Haijiang, a na- tional-renowned doctor of TCM, so as to improve Chinese medicine clinicians＂ understanding of the disease.
