摘　　要：中医学理论认为"肾藏精,精生髓通于脑"、"脑为髓海",肾中精气不断充养脑髓,在中医整体观念指导下构建的中医"肾脑系统",为脑病的临床治疗提供了更加精确的辨治思路。在中医基础理论现代化发展过程中,现代生物学及其技术作为一项重要的研究工具得到了越来越多的应用,本文结合"肾脑系统"理论的本质,充分利用现代生物学研究的技术,从不同角度和层次进行阐释,进一步探讨中医"肾脑系统"的理论及物质基础。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that ‘kidney storing essence,essence promotes the formation of marrow and finally converge in the brain＇.‘The brain is the sea of marrow＇,essential qi of kidney continue to charge and nourish the brain.‘Kidney brain system＇ constructed under the guidance of the holism of traditional Chinese medicine provides more accurate syndrome differentiation ideas for clinical treatment of encephalopathy.In the modernization process of the basic theory of TCM development,modern biology and technology as an important research tool has been used more and more often.This paper aimed at combining with the essence of ‘kidney brain system＇ theory to make full use of modern biology technology,so as to explain theoretical and material basis of kidney brain system from different angles and levels.
