“汗证”病名考

摘　　要：汗证是临床常见病证。关于汗证,在历代文献中都有记载并出现了较多的相关病名,内容繁多而杂乱。古代文献中对其相关病名有以阴阳而命名者,有以汗出部位而命名者,有以汗出颜色而命名者,有以愈后特点而命名者等。汗为人体五液之一,是人体津液代谢的产物。汗证,是指由于阴阳失调,腠理不固,而致汗液外泄失常的病证,也可解释为汗出异常的证候。汗证一般分自汗、盗汗两类。笔者将对汗证代表性的病名进行考证释义,以期提高对汗证的理论与临床研究。Abnormal sweating is a common clinical syndrome.It is no doubt that there are a huge number of records about sweating in the past literature,and its content is various and complicated.According to the ancient literature,we find that abnormal sweating has a wide range of naming.Some of them are based on yin and yang,the body part that sweating,the color of sweating or the healthy state after sweating and so on.Sweat is one of five-fluid of human body,and it is the product of fluidhumor metabolism inside the human body.Abnormal sweating is mainly due to the unbalance of yin and yang and disclosed interstices,causing the body fluid lose as sweat irregularly.Generally,abnormal sweating can be divided into two types,the spontaneous sweating and the night sweating.The author is going to investigate and paraphrase the representative names of abnormal sweating,in order to improve the theory and practical research on abnormal sweating.
