摘  要:通过研究煤巷掘进工艺去推演掘进施工装备应该具有的性能,按照施工要求研究机械结构,继而推演出能够实施快速施工的装备结构,通过研究煤矿巷道掘进发展关键历程,肯定了围岩支护的未来并分析了棚式支护与锚杆支护施工工艺的差别与特征,描述了机械化施工针对这2种不同情况的适应性和发展,同时还指出了在现有的悬臂式掘进机上增加安装钻眼设备是不可行的,实现快速施工必须冲破现有掘进机结构,应根据锚杆施工工艺设计新的结构方案。Through the study of coal roadway excavation process to push the excavation construction equipment should have the performance, then the mechanical structure is studied according to the construction requirements, and the equipment structure which can carry out the rapid construction is pushed out.By studying the key course of the development of coal mine roadway, affirmed the future of the surrounding rock bolting.The differences and characteristics of the construction technology between the timber and the rocket are analyzed, the adaptability and development of the mechanized construction for these two different situations are described.h is also pointed out that it is not feasible to add boring equipment to the roadhead. To achieve rapid construction must break through the existing boring machine structure, according to the anchor construction process design of the new structural program.
