摘　　要：为了探究煤炭企业目前存在的主要财务风险,以陕西煤业为例,利用哈佛框架,从战略层面、会计层面、财务层面和前景层面展开分析,研究表明,陕西煤业存在的主要财务风险有内部战略决策失误风险、偿债风险和营运风险,据此提出风险防范建议,以期为煤炭企业财务风险识别与管理提供借鉴作用。Takes the Shaanxi coal as an example, within the Harvard framework, it analyzes strategiclevel, accounting level, financial level and foreground level of Shaanxi coal. The analysis indicates thatthere are three major financial risks, namely risks of internal decision-making, risk of insolvency andoperating risks. Puts forward some suggestions on risk prevention, can help managers to avoid thefinancial risk of coal enterprises in decision-making.
