基于马尔可夫链的山西煤炭企业员工出路研究

摘　　要：煤炭企业在产能严重过剩、经营压力过大的困境中迫切需要转型升级,而企业富余员工的安置是煤炭企业转型发展中的关键环节。分析了煤炭企业转型过程中富余员工安置面临的问题以及问题产生的原因,基于马尔可夫模型预测山西省未来3 a各行业人员供给情况,以此为依据提出解决煤炭企业员工安置问题的对策建议。Under the plight of excess production capacity and excessive operating pressure, coalenterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading, resettling redundant staff is the key linkin the transformation and development of coal enterprises. Analyzes the problems and the causes of theproblems of redundant staff in the process of coal enterprises＇transformation. Forecasting the supply ofpersonnel in different industries in Shanxi province in the next three years based on Markov model,some suggestions were put forward to promote the reemployment of the employees of coal enterprisesbased on the results.
