摘　　要：目的：探讨基于本体技术构建脾脏象理论知识体系的方法。方法：以脾脏象理论相关古籍、中医权威辞书、高校教材等为本体构建素材。经脾脏象理论术语的初筛、合并、分类、复筛,确立领域概念1315个;以扎根理论为指导,采用人工知识抽取方法,构建脾脏象理论语义关系21 558条。利用本体构建工具protégé构建脾脏象理论知识图谱。结果：研制出基于脾脏象理论的52种语义关系;绘制出脾脏象理论生理体系、病理体系、诊疗体系、“脾主运化”“脾主统血”等知识本体图谱,构建了脏象理论知识体系。结论：利用本体技术构建中医脾脏象理论体系,有助于脾脏象理论的继承和创新。本体可在中医领域推广应用。Objective： To explore the method for constructing the knowledge system of spleen visceral manifestation based on ontology technology. Methods： In this study, the data on spleen visceral manifestation theory in relative ancient works, authoritative dictionary of TCM, and university teaching materials was applied as the basic material for the ontolo- gy construction. One thousand three hundred and fifteen domain concepts were identified by the screening, merging, classifying, re- screening the terms in spleen visceral manifestation theory. In accordance with the Grounded Theory, twenty - one thousand five hundred and fifty - eight pieces of semantic relations in the spleen visceral manifestation theory were established by the method of artificial knowledge extraction. The Knowledge Map of spleen visceral manifestation theory were constructed with the software Prot6g6. Results： Fifty -two types of semantic relations in spleen visceral mani- festation theory were developed. The knowledge systems of physiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment in spleen vis- ceral manifestation theory as well as the knowledge system of ＂spleen dominating transportation and transformation＂ and ＂spleen dominating blood control＂ were made, and thereafter the knowledge system of spleen visceral manifestation were constructed. Conclusion ： The use of ontology technology to construct the theoretical system of spleen visceral manifestation is helpful to the inheritance and innovation of spleen visceral manifestation theory. The ontology can be used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
