荆防败毒散加味配合耳穴防治表皮生长因子受体抑制剂相关皮肤毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：评价荆防败毒散加味联合耳穴对表皮生长因子受体抑制剂（EGFRI）相关皮肤不良反应及对肺癌患者疗效的影响。方法：治疗组与对照组各入组非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者30例,给予常规EGFRI治疗,治疗组荆防败毒散加味联合耳穴贴压,观察两组相关皮肤不良反应及疗效相关指标。结果：对照组、治疗组皮肤不良反应发生率分别为71.43%、36.67%,对照组不良反应发生率、不良反应严重程度皆高于治疗组（（P〈0.05））,而生活质量显著提高率低于治疗组（P〈0.05）;对照组和治疗组短期疗效无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：在应用EGFRI治疗NSCLC患者中,荆防败毒散加味联合耳穴治疗有利于降低皮肤相关不良反应的发生率及不良反应严重程度,改善生活质量,且对疗效无显著影响。Objective ： Evaluate the response of Jingfang Baidu San jiawei combined with auricular acupuncture to EGFRI related skin toxicity and the effect on the patients with lung cancer. Methods ： Treatment group and control group each included NSCLC patients （n = 30）, given conventional treatment of EGFRI, treatment group was given Jingfang Baidu San jiawei combined with auricular acupuncture, groups of related index were observed. Results ： Skin toxicity incidence rate and grade in control group （71.43%） was significance higher than that in treatment group （36.67%）. Improve- ment of life quality rate in control group were significance lower than treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. the treatment efficacy was no statistical significance in both group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic alliance of EGFRIs and Jingfang Baidu San jiawei combined with auricular acupuncture, was beneficial for NSCLC patients to prevent and treat skin related toxicity effect and improve the quality of life without affecting treatment efficacy.
