摘 要:目的观察白芍(RPA)对斜视性弱视模型猫的治疗作用及其对视皮质N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)1表达的影响。方法将18只幼猫随机分为正常组、模型组、RPA组,每组6只,构建斜视性弱视猫模型。RPA组灌胃RPA 30 d,正常组和模型组注射等体积生理盐水。给药结束后观察扫描视觉诱发电位(SVEP)视力、图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)视力、17区的眼驱动细胞数等相关指标,并通过实时定量聚合酶链反应检测眼左右侧17区、21a区NMDAR1的水平。结果 RPA对斜视性弱视模型猫的治疗有显著作用,可提高斜视性弱视模型猫视皮质NMDAR1的表达。结论 RPA可以提高斜视性弱视模型猫视皮质的神经元突触兴奋性,逆转弱视的形成,达到治疗弱视的目的,其作用可能是通过提高斜视性弱视模型猫视皮质NMDAR1的表达来实现的。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of radix paeoniae alba (RPA) on strabismic amblyopia cat and its effect on expression of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 1 subunit ( NMDAR1 ) in visual cortex. Methods Eighteen kittens were randomly divided into normal, model and white peony root-treated groups( n= 6). The cat's strabismic amblyopia model was established, 30 days,啥意思????? normal and model groups were injected with the same volume of normal saline. PVEP visual acuity and the number of ocular drive cells in zone 17 were observed after the administration. Real-time quantitative PCR was Used to detect the levels of NMDAR1 in the right and left eyes of area 17 and 21a . Results The effect of RPAPaeoniae Alba on the treatment of strabismic amblyopia cat was significantly improved and the expression of NMDARI in the cortex of strabismic amblyopia was improved. Conclusions Paeonia laetiflora could improve synaptic excitability of optic cortex in cats with strabismic amblyopia and reverse the formation of amblyopia, which might be achieved by improving the expression of NMDAR1 in visual cortex of strabismic amblyopia.
