摘　　要：立德树人是高校的根本任务和立身之本,"德法共育"是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。"德法共育"是我国教育的优良传统和宝贵经验。强化"德法共育"是应对新时代新矛盾的迫切要求,是高等教育的内在规定,也是大学生成才成长的实际需要。推进"德法共育"既有理论上的基础,也有实践上的依据。高校应高度重视"德法共育",针对"德法共育"方面的不足,积极进行教育教学改革,以满足新时代对人才培养的实际需求。Moral education is the fundamental task of colleges and universities. The education of virtue and law is an important measure to implement their fundamental tasks. ＂moral and legal education＂ is the fine tradition of China＇ s education and experience. To strengthen the education of moral and law is an urgent requirement to deal with new contradictions in the new era, the intrinsic value of higher education, as well as the practical needs of the growth of college students. The education of virtue and law has both theoretical and practical basis. According to the shortage of the education of moral and law, universities should reinforce the education, improve the teaching to meet the requirement of cultivation on talents in new eras.
