摘　　要：农村创新人才在发展农村经济、促进农业产业化和农民增收进程中发挥着重要作用。通过分析我国农村创新人才培养模式现状及问题,结合对农村创新人才培养影响因素的实证分析,认为"一带一路"背景下,除了不断完善原有人才培养模式,还应加强农村学校教育体系的顶层设计、创新农村职业技能培训体系、发展"农技推广"与"农业合作组织"相结合的人才培养模式、促进农村数字化教育资源的开发、加强人才培养的国际合作和西部合作。The Rural creative talents in promoting rural economic development, agricultural industrialization and farmers＂ income plays an important role in the process. By analyzing the current situation and problems of rural crea- tive talents training mode in our country, combining the empirical analysis of the factors that affect rural innovative talent training, thinks under the background of ＂area＂, in addition to constantly improve the original personnel training mode, and also should strengthen the top--level design of rural school education system, innovation of rural vocational skills training system, developing the ＂extension＂ and ＂agricultural cooperation organization＂ the combination of talent training mode, promote rural digital education resource development, strengthening personnel training of western international collaboration and cooperation.
