摘　　要：研究发现李孟超在三级跳远第2跳技术动作中存在的问题,并进行研究,最终提出改进建议,提高该运动员的三跳成绩。选用文献资料法、访谈法、影片拍摄法、录像解析法等研究方法,从李孟超赛中竞技水平、三级跳远第2跳比例以及第2跳技术动作等方面来分析李孟超三级跳远第2跳技术动作中存在的问题,从而对该运动员的今后的训练和比赛提供有益的参考。The research tried to explore the problems in Li Mengchao＇s step phase technique and raised suggestions to help with the performance in field. Applying the methods of documentation,interviews,video records and analysis,it studied Li＇s competitive competence,the length of his step phase and his skills and techniques of it,so as to reveal the problems and provide reference.
