陕西省校园足球师资培训开展状况的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、实地考察法对陕西省校园足球师资培训开展情况作了研究与分析,发现陕西省校园足球师资培训存在的问题:参训学员的遴选不当;培训内容与参训学员所需不符;培训方式单一;未形成体系化的培训大纲;未建立严格的考核评估体系。建议:1)建立严格、规范的学员选拔制度;2)注重学员培训需求;3)培训形式多元化;4)完善培训大纲;5)制定科学合理的考核评估机制。为校园足球师资建设提供参考。This paper use the method of literature,field survey of Shanxi Province Campus football training teachers to carry out the research and analysis,found the problems in Shanxi Province Campus football training teachers that： improper trainees selection; training and trainees required discrepancies; undiversified training mode; not formed the unified training outline; not established a strict evaluation system. Aiming at these problems put forward some suggestions： 1. to establish a strict,standardized student selection system; 2. pay attention to their training needs; 3. diverse forms of training; 4. to improve the training program; 5. scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism. It provided reference for the campus football teachers.
