摘 要:目的:探究牙髓血运重建术对延迟再植牙根部组织中血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)及碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)表达水平的影响,为牙髓血运重建术的发展提供理论基础。方法:选取16只月龄约为6个月的健康比格犬,随机将16只比格犬分为对照组和实验组,分别进行牙再植术和牙髓血运重建术的牙再植术,分别于术后3、6个月时通过组织标本的染色、CT等检测检测其牙根形态及牙根不组织中的PDGF、b FGF表达,分析其变化。结果:术后3个月时,实验组的PDGF及b FGF分别为(88.98±23.87)、(68.79±19.27),显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均p<0.05)。术后6个月时,两组的PDGF及b FGF的表达与术后3个月相比,都有不同程度的增加,实验组的PDGF及b FGF分别为(198.82±52.78)、(82.67±20.36),也显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均p<0.05)。结论:牙髓血运重建术可显著增加患牙根尖部组织的生长因子的的表达,从而加速了根尖部矿化物的沉积、牙根的发育。Objective: To explore the pulp blood supply revascularization for delayed replantation root department organization of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF)expression level, for the development of dental pulp of supracricoid laryngectomy with reconstruction of blood supply theoretical basis. Methods: 16 months for about 6 months of healthy beagle, 16 of beagle randomly divided into control group and experimental group, respectively for teeth replantation and the pulp teeth replantation of supracricoid laryngectomy with reconstruction of blood supply, respectively in postoperative 3, 6 months through tissue samples of dyeing, CT detection such as its root and root not PDGF, b FGF expression in the organization, and analysis of the change. Results: Postoperative 3 months, the experimental group of PDGF and b FGF respectively(88.98+23.87),(68.79-19.27), significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(all p〈0.05). After six months, two groups of PDGF and b FGF expression compared with postoperative 3 months, have varying degrees of increase, the experimental group of PDGF and b FGF respectively( 198.82 + 52.78),(82.67-20.36), and also significantly higher than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(p〈0.05). Conclusion: Dental pulp blood revascularization can significantly increase the risk of root apex of organization of the expression of growth factor, thus speeding up the apex mineral compound deposition, root growth.
