摘　　要：[背景]观察鼻内窥镜辅助下泪道引流管置入治疗泪小管断裂的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择45例外伤性泪小管断裂患者,给予鼻内窥镜辅助下泪道引流管置入治疗.治疗后治愈42例,好转3例.[讨论]鼻内窥镜辅助下泪道引流管置入治疗泪小管断裂对鼻腔黏膜刺激小,手术时间短,疗效满意.BACKGROUND To observe the clinical efficacy of the imbedding of lacrimal drainage tube on the treatment of canalicular laceration under nasal endoscope.CASE REPORTS45 patients with traumatic canalicular laceration were selected,they were treated with the imbedding of lacrimal drainage tube under nasal endoscope.42 cases were cured and 3 cases were improved.DISCUSSION The treatment of the imbedding of lacrimal drainage tube on canalicular laceration under nasal endoscope had less stimulation to nasal mucosa,short operation time and satisfactory efficacy.
