摘  要:经典生物学实验中将"植物细胞骨架观察"和"植物染色体观察"作为两个独立实验,学生难以理解其内在联系。据此,设计针对高年级本科生的开放实验,通过间接免疫荧光法对纺锤体微管进行观察,将细胞骨架(纺锤体微管)和染色体运动两个相关联的细胞过程同时呈现出来,帮助学生掌握免疫荧光实验操作技能的同时,加深对微管和染色体在有丝分裂中动态行为的认识,从而巩固理论知识学习,提升学生综合能力。In the classic experiment,"observation of cytoskeleton in plant cells"and"observation of chromosome in plant cells"were two separate studies.The students were difficult to understand the internal relation.Based on the current situation,an open experiment was designed for the advanced undergraduate.The related cellular processes of cytoskeleton(spindle microtubule)and chromosome movements were both presented by the indirect immunofluorescence approach.It is hoped that the students will not only master the experimental operation skills of the indirect immunofluorescence approach,but also improve the understanding of microtubule and chromosome movements.It will be beneficial to the consolidation of the theory knowledge and developing students’ comprehensive ability.
