摘  要:介绍了柴油发动机缸体的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了初始工艺设计及数值模拟情况,根据模拟分析结果,制定了相应的工艺改进措施,并设计制作了用于实际生产的工装模具,生产结果显示:铸件搭子气孔、回油腔冷隔及砂眼等缺陷得到了一定程度的控制,铸件综合废品率稳定控制在低于5%的水平;模拟软件的应用,有效提高了铸造工艺设计的精确性,有助于铸件缺陷的预测和判断,缩短铸造工艺开发调试周期,显著提高了产品开发效率。The casting structure and technical requirements of diesel engine cylinder block were introduced. The initial process design and numerical simulation were elaborated in detail. According to the results of simulation analysis,corresponding process improvement measures were formulated and tooling molds for practical production were designed and manufactured. The results of the production showed that:the defects such as the lapped stomata, the cold shut of the oil return chamber and the blisters were controlled to a certain extent. The comprehensive reject rate of the castings was controlled steadily below 5%. The application of simulation software effectively improved the design of casting process,helped on predicting and judging casting defects,shorten the development and debugging cycle of foundry technology and significantly improved the product development efficiency.
