摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导经皮经胃穿刺^(125)I植入治疗晚期胰头癌的价值。方法 2005年来在我院确诊的晚期胰头癌患者18例,在CT引导下经皮经胃穿刺植入^(125)I粒子,在术后1,3个月CT随访,评价肿瘤的大小、密度以及VAS评分。结果所有患者术后均取得成功,术后3个月均成活。CT复查评估CR 2例,PD 11例,SD 4例,PD 1例;VAS评分2~7分,有效率为61.11%。结论 CT经皮经胃穿刺^(125)I植入对治疗晚期胰头癌有着一定的价值,并能缓解患者的癌性疼痛。Objective To discuss the value of CT guided percutaneous transgastric puncture125Ⅰ implantation therapy of advanced pancreatic head carcinoma. Methods 18 cases of patients with mine confirmed advanced pancreatic head cancer since 2005 were CT guided percutaneous transgastric puncture implanted125Ⅰparticles. Patients were followed up by CT in postoperative 1 and 3 months to evaluate the tumor size, density and VAS score. Results All patients were successfully operated and survived in the postoperative 3 months. CT reexamination assessed that there were 2 cases of CR,11 cases of PD,4 cases of SD and 1 case of PD;VAS scores were from 2 to 7 points and the effective rate was 61.11%. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous transgastric puncture 1251 implantation therapy of advanced pancreatic head carcinoma has a certain value and can relieve cancerous pain of pa- tients.
