基于超效率DEA模型的企业经营绩效评价——以电力行业上市公司为例

摘　　要：文章引入超效率DEA模型,运用DEA-SOLVER软件对62家电力行业上市公司2016年的经营绩效进行测算和排序,得到18家DEA有效的企业,并对CCR模型和超效率模型下的效率值进行了比较,为企业了解其行业定位提供依据;从非径向度量的角度对无效决策单元进行投影分析,帮助其明确转变为有效决策单元的目标值和技术路径。Based on Super-Efficiency DEA model, this paper measured business performance of 62 listed companies in electric power industry in 2016 through the software DEA-SOLVER. The results point out a rank and sift out 18 DEA effective companies, which also took a comparison of efficiency score between CCR model and Super-Efficiency DEA model and provided powerful evidence for enterprises to understand their industry position. Besides, this paper carried out projection analysis towards ineffective decision making units（DMU） from the perspective of non-radial measurement, which helps enterprises determine their target values and technical paths of turning themselves into effective ones.
