摘　　要：目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ibα-145C/T单核苷酸多态性与大肠癌的发生及发展的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究,用聚合酶链反应—序列特异性引物PCR(PCR-SSP)技术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术,对大肠癌患者及健康体检者各140例外周血标本进行GP Ibα-145C/T位点基因分型检测。结果 (1)大肠癌组GP Ibα-145基因型和等位基因的频率分布与正常对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)大肠癌组GP Ibα-145C/T位点基因型及等位基因频率在大肠癌TNM分期中的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)GP Ibα-145C/T中携带CT基因型的个体大肠癌发病率是携带CC基因型个体的3.232倍,携带T等位基因的个体大肠癌发病率是携带C等位基因个体的2.610倍。结论 GP Ibα-145C/T基因多态性可能与大肠癌的发生有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the occurrence and development of platelet membrane glycoprotein（PMGP）Ibα-145 C/T single nucleotide polymorphisms and colorectal cancer.Methods Used casecontrol study,polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primer PCR（PCR-SSP）technology and agarose gel electrophoresis technology,the GP Ibα-145 C/T genotyping was performed on 140 peripheral blood samples of colorectal cancer patients and health people.Results The distribution ofGP Ibα-145 C/T genotype and allele frequencies between colorectal cancer group and control group were significantly different（P0.05）.The frequency of GP Ibα-145 C/T genotype and allele frequencies in colorectal cancer group were not significantly different between the TNM stages of colorectal cancer（P0.05）.The incidence of individual colorectal cancer with CT genotype in GP Ibα-145 C/T was 3.232 times that of the individual with CC genotype,the incidence of individual colorectal cancer with T allele was2.610 times that of individuals with C allele.Conclusion GP Ibα-145 C/T genetic polymorphism might associate with the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
