摘  要:市场竞争的加剧促使创新逐渐成为企业增强市场竞争力、夺取市场份额的新法宝。企业高管团队作为企业战略的重要决策者和执行者,在很大程度上影响着企业的创新绩效。然而,以往研究结果呈现出较多分歧,且研究中大多忽略了高管团队权力分布并不均衡这一重要事实。鉴于此,本研究采用2013-2015年沪深两地A股信息技术类上市公司高管团队公开数据,研究高管团队异质性对企业创新绩效的影响,并引入高管团队权力分布这一调节变量,对高管团队权力分布在高管团队异质性和企业创新绩效之间的作用机制进行了实证研究,研究发现:高管团队性别异质性、教育水平异质性与企业创新绩效呈显著负相关关系;同时,高管团队权力分布不均衡程度对高管团队性别异质性、教育水平异质性和企业创新绩效的关系有显著的负向调节作用。The intensifying competition in the market lead innovation to become a new weapon for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and gain market share. As an important decision-maker and executor of corporate strategy, the Top Management Team has a great influence on the innovation performance of enterprises. However, there are many disagreements in the past research results, and most of the researches ignore the important fact that the executive power distribution is not balanced. This paper takes A-share information technology companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as study sample, and makes an empirical research on the impact of TMT heterogeneity and the innovation performance. The study found: TMT gender heterogeneity and education level heterogeneity and innovation performance is negatively related; At the same time, the executive team power distribution imbalance degree can weaken TMT's gender and education level heterogeneity and the relationship between the enterprise innovation performance negative regulatory.
