浅谈教研室在外科临床教学师资管理中的作用

摘　　要：作为高校附属医院的临床科室,每年都承担着繁重的教学任务。临床教师更是教学任务的具体承担者,临床教学质量的好坏与其教学积极性、对教学的投入程度密切相关。因此,教学管理的核心在于临床教师,作为外科临床教学管理的部门,如何使外科临床医生在繁重的临床、科研工作之余能不断提高自己的教学能力,保证教学质量一直是外科教学管理的工作重点。针对外科临床教师在教学工作中存在的各种问题,外科教研室通过营造科学的教学氛围,在促进临床教师的教学积极性上取得良好的效果。As a clinical department of university affiliated hospital, it takes on the heavy teaching task every year. Clinical teachers are the specific undertakers of teaching task, the quality of clinical teaching is closely related to the teaching enthusiasm and the degree of investments. Therefore, the core of teaching management in clinical teachers, as a surgical clinical teaching management departments, how to make surgical clinicians can constantly improve their teaching ability in clinical and research work hard over, ensure the quality of teaching has been the focus of surgery teaching management. In view of various problems existing in teaching work of surgical clinical teachers, surgical teaching and research section has achieved good results in promoting the enthusiasm of clinical teachers through building a scientifc teaching atmosphere.
