浅谈班级学生集体意识的培养

摘　　要：班集体是学校开展教育活动和实施教学管理的基本单位,是教师从事教学工作的主体对象和组织力量。建设团结、友爱、凝聚力强的班集体,有利于营造班级成员相互学习、共同进步的学习氛围,促成学生徳、智、体、美等素质不断进步的高级班级群体。优秀的班集体在日常学习生活中都会表现出班级成员的共性优良特征,这离不开全体班级成员集体意识的培养。本文分别从建立班级共同奋斗目标、树立正确的集体舆论、积极组织班级活动和培养优良的班风这四个方面,分析并探讨了如何培养和提高学生的集体意识。Class group is the basic unit for school to carry out educational activities and teaching management,which is the main object and organizational strength for teachers in teaching work. Building a united,harmonious and cohesive class is good for members of the class to create a progress of learning environment,promoting students' moral,intellectual and physical quality of the continuous progress in the class group. Outstanding class performs some excellent common values of group members in daily life and study,which is inseparable from the collective consciousness of class members. This paper analyzed and discussed how to cultivate and improve students' collective consciousness from four aspects which are setting up common goals of the class,establishing correct public opinion,organizing class activities and cultivating excellent class atmosphere.
