摘  要:目的:解决本科实习阶段实习生临床病历讨论开展困难、效果欠佳的问题。方法:应用基于MDT教学病历讨论,让不同科室不同阶段实习的学生扮演相应的学科组治疗医生的角色,参加到教学病历讨论中。讨论病例一般选择多学科真实病例或者虚拟高仿真病例,通过预告、自主学习和紧贴临床的讨论过程完成教学病例讨论。结果:应用基于MDT教学病历讨论充分调动实习学生的积极性,更加深刻理解医院各专业学科所承担的工作,学生对于学科协作有更深入的体会。结论:应用基于MDT病历讨论在本科实习阶段教学是一种提高实习教学效率效果的良好方法。Objective:to solve the undergraduate practice stage of interns' clinical case discussion carried out difficulties,poor results. Methods:the application of MDT teaching based on medical records in different departments in different stages of discussion,let students play the corresponding practice discipline treatment,the doctor's role in teaching case discussion. Discuss cases generally choose multidisciplinary real cases or virtual simulation through the case,notice,and to discuss the clinical course of autonomous learning completes the teaching case discussion. Results:the application of MDT teaching based on medical records to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,more profound understanding of the hospital work undertaken by various professional disciplines,disciplines for Students Association for a more in-depth understanding. Conclusion:the application of MDT case discussion and practice teaching in undergraduate course is a good method to improve the effect of teaching efficiency based on practice.
